We design and build the kind of websites, applications, and brand experiences your customer’s friends want to hear about.

Method without madness

We want your project to succeed as much as you do. And we know that outside of luck, success requires thoughtful planning and adept execution.

Each step in our production process allows you to get as involved as you want. More interested in prototyping and design than in the technical details? Feel free to leave the parts you’re not interested in or comfortable with to us.

Process map

The first step in the process is for us to do our homework, gathering information about the requirements of the project, helping you to make important foundational decisions, such as the needs of the target audience, preferred format, budget and time frame. We’ll use this reconnaissance information to craft a proposal and plan of attack.

Based on the information gathered during phase one, we’ll begin creating wireframes, layout comps, and prototypes. These will be as detailed as needed to convey the functional concept, not just the look and feel.

This stage involves fast-paced iterative programming, using a blend of agile methodology and our own process workflow. Our goal is to build from the design prototype quickly and efficiently. Since priority one is to create engaging websites and applications, we’ll get the alphas and betas into your hands regularly throughout the project lifecycle. We want to learn and adapt the software as early as possible.

When the site or app has been tested thoroughly, and you’ve given it a final thumbs up, it can be released to the public. We’ll work with your marketing team or ad agency with our advice on promoting, along with telling all our friends and probably our families.

After analyzing site traffic patterns and user interaction data provided through server logs, successfulness of the website is gauged, and recommendations for improvement are made. Websites and software are meant to be living and evolving things, and we want to partner with you in growing your application into something even better than it started.
