iPhone and iPod touch App Support

Thank you for having a look at our iPhone and iPod touch games and apps. If you are experiencing a problem with one of our apps, please don't hesitate to contact us. Before you do, though, please have a look at the following suggestions.

Update your iPhone or iPod touch to the latest OS to ensure the best performance and compability with our apps.

To update your iPhone and iPod touch, launch "iTunes" and plug in your device. Click on your iPhone or iPod touch listed in the "Devices" section of iTunes. Click on the "Check for Update" button. This will download and install the latest OS for your device.

iPhone & iPod touch games and applications will not launch

If you tap on an iPhone or iPod touch game to launch it, and it immediately quits on you, then you want to delete the program from your device and reinstall it. To do this, tap and hold your finger down on the application icon. The icons will begin to wiggle after a few seconds and a large "X" will appear on the top left corner of the app. Release your finger and then tap on the "X" to delete the program. You will be asked to confirm. You may then re-install the application from the App Store

Note: You will NOT be charged more than once if you download an iPhone or iPod touch game or application you have purchased.

This issue is related to the FairPlay DRM Apple uses to secure Music, Movies and Applications. Sometimes it fails to realize that you purchased a game or application. By re-installing the application, you ensure the device realizes you own the program.

iPhone & iPod touch app crashes after it starts

The iPhone and iPod touch have a limited amount of memory for running apps. Once in awhile the memory will become too full to run any more apps. To correct this, click and hold the power button (located on the top of the device) for a few seconds. Follow the instructions onscreen to power off the device. Wait briefly, then press and hold the home button to turn the device back on. Your device will now have enough memory to load the application.
